Confidential Blueprint & Takeoff Storage Architecture

AutoPlan.systems stores your uploaded architectural sheets, extracted StructureRecord models, and multi-pivot takeoff reports inside isolated Neon Postgres and Neon Object Storage workspaces. We never sell or share your proprietary drawings or material estimates with third parties.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in via email or Google OAuth (powered by Neon Auth), we store your name, email address, and encrypted session identifiers.
Architectural Plans & Takeoff Records: We store uploaded plan sheets, GuardedBox coordinates, material takeoffs, and building code compliance audits so you can revisit and export them in your workspace.

2. Cookies & Local Preferences

AutoPlan.systems uses essential first-party authentication cookies for Neon Auth sessions and local storage (autoplan_theme) to persist your Matte-Neutral light/dark display preference.

3. Data Deletion & Privacy Requests

To request deletion of uploaded plan sets or account records, submit a request through our Support Ticket Portal.
